Phoenix Elevator has a new way to survey, manage, and create a Maintenance Control Program (PDF)
for all units under your control as required by the ASME A17.1/B44 Safety Code. Building owners are now being held responsible for complying with these new code requirements. Your service team needs to have the knowledge and technical ability to accomplish the necessary tasks required to comply.
Using a web-based maintenance management system, we survey the age, usage, and environment for each individual piece of equipment to determine the required amount of maintenance & estimate the minimum time required to complete each task. All service tasks are recorded and saved electronically to allow us the ability to reference past performance and ensure your needs are met. A maintenance plan is created from the data and the MCP
is automatically updated annually.
